Ex-gratia payment?..

Tadi aku terbukak website ticketcharge..x niat pon nk bukak..tp terbukak..tetiba aku ternampak kat calender of events .. F.T Island 1st Live in Malaysia (ex-gratia payment) sungguh menarik perhatian...

TicketCharge will proceed with an ex-gratia payment to all of the customers on the prorated based on the 41.60% monies that we have according the ticket price that customers had paid for. The ex-gratia payment is only limited to customers who had purchased the tickets via TicketCharge hotline & Mid Valley Boulevard Office, Lot 10 Information Counter and internet purchase via www.TicketCharge.com.my, other purchases made thru C.I Entertainment and/or other channels except TicketCharge are not applicable for this ex-gratia payment through our company. Dear valued customers,

RE: F.T. ISLAND 1ST LIVE in MALAYSIA CONCERT

With regards to the above concert being cancelled on the 30th March 2008, the promoter – C.I. Entertainment (also known as Cheerful Identity Sdn Bhd (773840-D)) had promised to process all refunds on the 6th April. This was postponed to 13th April and subsequently postponed again. As of the 30th of April, they have yet to advise the public the date & the time for the refund. TicketCharge being the ticketing agent for this concert has been trying to communicate (via phone, email, fax & text messages) with C.I. Entertainment since 10th April but to no avail.

As a result of this, TicketCharge sent a letter on the 30th April 2008 (via registered mail & email) to C.I. Entertainment with regards to the sales proceed from the above concert which TicketCharge still has totaling 41.6% of the total ticket proceeds. If C.I. Entertainment fails to respond to us within 7 days of this letter, TicketCharge will proceed with an ex-gratia payment to all of the customers on the prorated based on the 41.60% monies that we have according the ticket price that customers had paid for. The ex-gratia payment is only limited to customers who had purchased the tickets via TicketCharge hotline & Mid Valley Boulevard Office, Lot 10 Information Counter and internet purchase via www.TicketCharge.com.my, other purchases made thru C.I Entertainment and/or other channels except TicketCharge are not applicable for this ex-gratia payment through our company. TicketCharge will proceed with payments from 15th May till 14th June 2008 upon receive the letter of acceptance of ex-gratia payment from customers.

Ex-gratia payment terms & conditions:

All eligible customers need to sign the letter of acceptance of ex-gratia payment either at TicketCharge office, fax, mail, or email back to TicketCharge. TicketCharge will proceed with the payment based on prorated 41.60% based on the ticket price.

1. Payment via credit card: Customers who have paid via Visa/Mastercard credit cards, payment will be credited back to the same credit card. Amount should be reflected in the credit card transaction within 14 days.

2. Payment via cash: Customers who made payment via cash will get the payment via cheque, customer need to advise TicketCharge the exact payee’s name on their bank account. Cheque will be ready in approximately in 2 weeks time.

huuu....me n diani purchased the tickets using Diani's boss credit card. So we will fax the ex gratia letter to ticketcharge to get the 41.6% payment a.s.a.p. Hopefully C.I Entertainment will pay the rest of the refund..*finger cross*..
