What I noticed, I am trying so hard to solve all the production prob (EAI related...)
Even when my other team members did the job, I will checked and try to solve it by myself.
I think I got trust issue here .. :">
SO,
- I need to learn how to delegate the task.
- I need to learn not trying to do all the jobs.
- I need to learn how to optimized other team members.
- I need to learn to put a trust on people.
And I know from who I inherited this habit! .. =p
None other than ... my beloved mom .. hahahahahahahha
